Leadership can be lonely.

Planning your life doesn’t have to be.

A one-day life strategy workshop for women. Step away from the noise, see where you’re going, and leave with a plan to get there.

Who this is for

You plan for everyone else. When do you plan for you?

If you lead anything, whether it’s a business, a team, or a family, people come to you for direction, and you give it. When it’s time to figure out where your own life is going, there’s usually no one across the table.

You have the goals and the ideas. What’s hard is making a plan when you’re not sure where you’re walking to. So the days fill up with whatever is urgent, and another year goes by without much say from you.

The experience

One day to disconnect and invest in yourself.

Clear your calendar, put the phone away, and give yourself a full day that belongs to you. It’s hard to see the bigger picture from inside your everyday routine. A day away gives you the distance to look at your life clearly and decide what comes next.

01

Name your destination

Get clear on where you want your life to go, and what matters most this year.

02

Define the road

Turn that picture into a plan you can follow, one step at a time.

03

Live with intention

Go home ready to make everyday choices that move you closer to where you’re going.

Archery, group activities, lunch and more. The detailed program will be shared closer to the event.

The setting

Horse + Bow Texas Hill Country

Open land, big oak trees, and quiet porches, about an hour from Austin. It’s the kind of place where your mind slows down and the important things get easier to see.

We chose it because a clear view of the horizon makes it easier to picture where you’re headed.

You won’t do it alone

A day with women asking the same questions you are.

You’ll spend the day with a small group of women who are ready to grow, and you’ll go home with an accountability partner who knows what you’re aiming for. Leadership can be lonely, and this part of the work doesn’t have to be.

You already know how to lead. Give yourself one day to decide where you’re going, and we’ll be right there with you.
