Who this is for
You know what it feels like to carry it alone.
The higher your level of responsibility, the fewer people there are you can be completely honest with. You’re expected to make difficult decisions, navigate uncertainty, and hold it all together โ often without anyone who truly gets it.
Even the strongest leaders need a trusted sounding board. Someone to think out loud with, to share the hard calls, to remind you that what you’re feeling is real and you’re not the only one.
The Experience
A day to think, create, and connect.
Something shifts when a room fills with women leaders, entrepreneurs, and adventurous thinkers. Collaboration becomes inspiration. Inspiration becomes growth โ for your business, your skills, your life.
Equine Leadership Experience
Horses respond to energy, not title. This facilitated experience opens something in you that a conference room never could โ and leads to the most honest conversations of the day.
Inspirational Talks
Real stories from women who’ve navigated the hard parts of leading. Not polished keynotes โ honest conversations about what it actually takes, what they wish someone had told them, and what’s possible on the other side.
Deep Conversation Circles
Small groups, intentional questions, and the kind of dialogue that rarely happens in everyday life. Say the things you’ve been holding. Hear from women who get it. Leave with clarity you didn’t have when you walked in.
Collaboration & Mentoring
Structured activities designed to surface what you’re working on, what you need, and who in the room might be exactly the right person to help. Find your collaborator. Meet your mentor. Give what only you can give.
The Setting
Horse + Bow
Texas Hill Country
An intentionally beautiful place to step away from the demands of work, think differently, and connect with women who understand both the rewards and the realities of leading.
We’re keeping this intentionally small. Not a conference. Not a networking event. A carefully curated gathering of women who are ready for something more.
We have a feeling this is only the beginning โ and we’d love for you to be part of it from the very start.Paola & Kristine ยท OverCoffee Consulting

A few things you might be wondering.
What exactly is the equine leadership experience?
You don’t need any experience with horses. The session is fully facilitated โ horses respond to energy and intention, not skill level. It’s one of the most honest mirrors for how you show up as a leader, and it often sparks conversations that wouldn’t happen any other way.
What do the collaboration and mentoring activities look like?
Think structured conversations, not forced networking. Activities are designed to help you share what you’re building, what you’re stuck on, and what you’re looking for โ so the right people in the room can find each other naturally. Some women leave with a collaborator. Some leave with a mentor. Some leave with both.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes you can move in. You’ll be outdoors part of the day for the equine experience. Closed-toe shoes recommended. Full details sent after registration.
Is lunch included?
Yes โ a working lunch is part of the day. Dietary restrictions can be noted after you register.
What’s the February summit you mentioned?
September is the first gathering. February 2027 is where we take it further โ a multi-day women’s summit at a destination chosen by this community. Attendees get first access when registration opens.
What’s your refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferable. If you can’t make it, you’re welcome to send another woman in your place. Reach out to hello@overcoffeeconsulting.com with any questions.
